Panorama Projects ("Panorama", "we") is an Alberta business that prepares framing takeoffs and material plans for home builders. This policy explains what personal information we collect through panoramaprojects.ca, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. We follow Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

Builders who become clients send us drawings and job information. That is covered by the client agreement, not by this website policy.

What we don't do

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you about the pilot and, if you become a client, to set up and run your account. We don't use them for anything else without asking you first.

Who helps us

We use a few service providers, each only for the job described:

Some of these providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States. There it can be subject to the laws of that country, including lawful requests from its authorities.

How long we keep it

We keep a sign-up request for as long as we need it to reply and, if we work together, for as long as the relationship lasts and records must be kept. Ask us to delete your information and we'll do so within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Email hello@panoramaprojects.ca. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

Changes

We'll post any change to this policy on this page and update the date above.
