These terms cover your use of panoramaprojects.ca. By using the site you agree to them. Takeoff and material-planning work for a builder is done under a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.
Information on this site
The site describes our services in general terms. It isn't an offer, a quote or professional advice. The figures shown come from one anonymized plan and are examples. Your results will depend on your plans, standards and prices (see the accuracy disclaimer).
What you send us
Please make sure what you send through the site is accurate and yours to share. Don't upload or send anything you don't have the right to share.
Our content
The Panorama name, the Offcut mark, and the site's text, graphics and code belong to Panorama Projects. Please don't copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Builder pages
Builder job pages at jobs.panoramaprojects.ca are private to the builder they belong to. Don't try to reach a page you haven't been given access to.
No warranty
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Panorama Projects isn't liable for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on its general information. This doesn't limit anything in a signed client agreement.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
